Return Policy For online purchases only:
* If you are unhappy with your gown, dress or item, we will gladly accept the item back for the purchase price minus a restocking /cancellation fee of 20% and all shipping charges. When placing an order you agree to this terms. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
(Prior to returning item you must contact Arnett's La Boutique for a return authorization. Items received without return authorization will not be accepted for return.)

Before sending an item
back to Arnett's La Boutique, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (ARN).
To receive a ARN, please call 503-640-1242 or email us at: sales@arnettslaboutique.com.
The ARN# must be obtained from Customer Service within 3 business days from the
date of which the item(s) was DELIVERED as shown on the US Postal service
website. Arnett's La Boutique must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days from
the date the ARN# was issued.
Please write the ARN on
the return package under your return address.
All packages that DO NOT
have the ARN# on the outside of the box below the return address WILL BE REFUSED
and sent back to the sender.
You will need to request an authorization Number immediately by phone or e-mail. Upon receipt of the gown, dress, or item, we will refund you money minus 20% of the total cost. You must return the item within 3 days of your receiving the gown or dress. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and unaltered,with all hang tags and labels in their original positions. If the gown or item is damaged or appears to be used the gown is not refundable under any circumstances. No signs of wear, nor cigarette or any other odor or cosmetic marks are acceptable.
Special order Items and merchandise on sale are not returnable and not refundable " NO EXCEPTIONS"
* If the item was purchased online,the item must be shipped back to us at your expense and the package must be insured and securely wrapped.
* If dress is cut to your measurements and not delivered to you in a standard size from factory, dress is not returnable. Is very important to measure your body carefully with a measuring tape. Keep in mind that Quince Gowns, Bridal Gowns,Evening dresses etc, are not sized like regular clothing, pick
your size based on your actual body measurements. When in doubt always
pick the bigger size.
