Product Return Policy: All Sales Final. Return of damaged goods will be accepted at time of delivery.
Dress/Garment Return Policy:
* If you are unhappy with your gown or dress, we will gladly accept the item back for the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 15% and a cancellation fee of 5%. (Prior to returning item you must contact Arnett's La Boutique for a return authorization. Items received without return authorization will not be accepted for return.) Upon receipt of the gown or dress, a store credit will be issued good for any future purchases. You must return the item within 3 days of your receiving the gown or dress. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and unaltered,with all hang tags and labels in their original positions. If the gown is damaged or appears to be used the gown is not refundable under any circumstances.
* If the item was purchased online,the item must be shipped back to us at your expense and the package must be insured and securely wrapped. You may not exchange this gown for another size,as measurements were taken with a tape measure before you order. Based upon those measurements,we must select a size that you and the consultant will be comfortable with,knowing that most formal items will require some alterations for a perfect fit.
